The Itel 2165 is a reliable and affordable feature phone designed for users who need a practical communication device without the complexities of a smartphone. Whether you're looking for a backup phone, a basic device for seniors or children, or a durable phone for everyday use, the Itel 2165 delivers essential functionality at a budget-friendly price.

Design and Display

The Itel 2165 features a 1.77-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. Though small by modern standards, this display is clear and easy to read, especially for calls, SMS, and navigating through the simple user interface. The physical T9 keypad is tactile and responsive, offering a comfortable typing experience for users who prefer buttons over touchscreens. The phone has a compact and lightweight design, making it pocket-friendly and ideal for one-handed use.

Battery Life

Equipped with a 1000mAh removable battery, the Itel 2165 provides excellent standby and talk time. Users can expect up to 7 days of standby and several hours of talk time, depending on usage. This extended battery life makes the device perfect for travel, rural areas with limited electricity, or emergency use.

SIM and Connectivity

The phone supports Dual SIM (2G GSM + GSM), enabling users to operate two lines simultaneously. This is especially useful for balancing work and personal calls or for taking advantage of different mobile networks. Basic Bluetooth connectivity is included, allowing for file sharing or wireless headphone use.

Multimedia and Features

Despite being a basic phone, the Itel 2165 includes a few multimedia features. It supports MP3 and WAV audio formats, enabling users to listen to music stored on the device or microSD card. The built-in wireless FM radio allows radio listening without needing earphones. A rear-mounted LED torchlight is also included, activated with a dedicated button—handy during power outages or in low-light conditions.

Storage

Internally, the phone includes 4MB RAM and 4MB storage, which is sufficient for storing contacts, SMS, and a few small files. Storage can be expanded using a microSD card up to 32GB, allowing for music, voice recordings, and even basic image storage.
